Product, account, and privacy support

GoalCoder support handles the Mac app, account email, activation limit, retained local access, account closure, and data-rights requests. Account-security changes require proof from the current account email. Support cannot bypass that boundary on the strength of a billing email, Link identity, or payment receipt.

This site has no account lookup, support form, chat, ticketing interface, or upload. Email is the public support path.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe/Link handles payment methods, invoices, subscription details, period-end cancellation, and transaction-level support. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Cancelling during the trial before the first charge date prevents monthly billing.

Refund requests may begin with Link support or GoalCoder support. Stripe/Link may issue transaction refunds under its merchant-of-record terms, and GoalCoder may accept a product refund where appropriate. A full refund normally ends new-run access without deleting retained local work. GoalCoder is digital software, so there are no physical goods to return.

Send only what you choose

Do not send passwords, provider credentials, activation secrets, full payment-card details, CVC, bank credentials, identity documents, or security-question answers. GoalCoder does not collect diagnostics automatically. If you choose to share local logs or artifacts, review them first and send only the evidence needed for your request.
